We were informed that some of our customers are experiencing issues with using LinenTablecloth.com‘s coupon codes. If this is you, don’t worry you’re NOT alone & that’s why we’re here! So, let me break it down for ya.
Make sure that the code you are using came from us! The only places where we list our coupon codes are:
* Our Website
* Our Facebook page
* Our Twitter page
* Our Google+
* Our Blog
* Our Newsletter
So, if you didn’t find the code in one of these locations…chances are, it isn’t gonna work!
Make sure you follow the restrictions on our codes. They are as follows:
* You MUST be logged into a registered RETAIL account
* All codes are a ONE time use only
* Codes can NOT be combined
* Codes do NOT apply to “hot deals” items
So, if you didn’t follow these restrictions….chances are, the code isn’t gonna work!
What is a RETAIL account you ask? Well, it just means that you’ve registered on our website & made an account. What we recommend to everyone is to register for a retail account on our site. It only takes a few minutes & here’s how:
- On the top of our site please click “register“
- Enter the information required & click “submit”
- Then please go to your email
- We have sent you a confirmation email with a link inside
- Please click “use this link”
- This will take you to your “dashboard” on our site.
The reason we recommend this is because it gives you access to your order invoices at anytime & you get to earn reward points! What are those, well go check it out! Basically, they are like frequent flyer miles but for tablecloths.
Do NOT submit your order without the code, because we can NOT refund you for it!
I know, you’re thinking “Well, why not!?!“ Well, I’ll tell ya. It’s because of one of those restrictions listed under Rule #2! The one that says that all codes are a ONE time use only. The only way we can track/enforce this is to make you check out in an account using the code. If you happen to make the order & get to us in time (before it ships) we can cancel the order & you can re-order using the code. But that’s a gamble! Mostly because our warehouse has a tendency to ship pretty quick!!!
So, if you paid for your order without the coupon code being in there….chances are it isn’t gonna work!
