Washing Instructions

Polyester:
Our polyester material needs to be washed in cold water with normal detergent.  Stain remover is OK if necessary, bleach is OK for whites.  Dry on a low heat setting.  Only dry 1-2 tablecloths at a time due to the weight of the product.  Pull from the heat right away.  If you use them immediately, there may be a few wrinkles that you might want to iron or steam out.  If you fold them for later use, you’ll want to iron or steam out the creases from folding before use.

Organza:
Our organza material needs to be washed in cold water on a delicate cycle with normal detergent. Hand wash is preferable. Stain remover is OK if necessary.  Hang Drying is preferred but you can also dry on a low heat setting. Pull from the heat right away.  If you use them immediately, there may be a few wrinkles you might want to iron or steam out.  If you fold them for later use, you’ll want to iron or steam out the creases from folding before use.

Satin:
Our satin material needs to be washed in cold water on a delicate cycle with normal detergent. Stain remover is OK to use if necessary. Dry on a low heat setting.  Pull from the heat right away.  If you use them immediately, there may be a few wrinkles you might want to iron or steam out.  If you fold them for later use, you’ll want to iron or steam out the creases from folding before use.

Lace:
Our Lace material needs to be *hand washed* using cold water and a mild detergent. Avoid Vigorous scrubbing, this will distort the fibers. Rinse well and do not wring to remove excess water, gently squeeze the lace cloth. Air Dry only, never in a dryer! If ironing is needed, place a thick white towel over the ironing board and use a press cloth between the iron and lace; this will prevent crushing the details of the lace and prevent snags that can rip or tear.

Real Linen:
Hand or machine wash in warm water with a pure soap or gentle detergent in small batches with plenty of water. If the soap is not fully rinsed out, spots can form on the fabric. Launder while stains are still fresh and not allowed to set in. Do not use chlorine bleach. Lay flat, or hang dry. Tumble drying is not recommended.

Iron while linen is still damp with a clean hot iron until smooth but not dry; hang linen to finish drying. Linen can withstand a medium to high heat iron but test a corner first. Spray starch or sizing can be used.

Lastly, here are a few things you might want to know about our products overall:

- Wrinkle & stain resistant *not wrinkle or stain proof*
- Colors do not fade, even after several washes
- Do not wash together with cotton tablecloths
- The temperature of ironing should be no higher than 320F (degrees Fahrenheit)
- We do not recommend drying these tablecloths in Laundromat dryers, since most of them are too hot.
- Drying Temperatures in excess of 180F can shock the cloth and create permanent wrinkles.
