Change in sash hems to serged hems a disappointmentReview by Teresa: The quality and satisfaction of all my purchases from here has been great in the past.

However, with the recent change in the hem styles from folded hems to serged hems, has been a disappointment. Serged hems on long table clothes are not that noticeable or a big deal. However, the serged hems on the chair sashes where they are closer to eye level is quite noticeable. This is unfortunate because the material and color quality of the fabric is outstanding and then to have it cheapened by cutting costs by switching to serged hems was disappointing. The effect has lost much of its elegant appeal. I took a chance at ordering these after the change in style , hoping after the website announcement of the hem style change that it would not be that big of a deal or noticeable. Sadly, I lost the gamble.

When all is said and done, I will continue to order long able clothes from here but anything with serged hems viewable to the eye from above 15 inches from the floor, I will be ordering elsewhere even if it costs more.
