LinenTablecloth.com will only accept the following credit
card types: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Bank debit cards carrying the two major credit card company logos (Visa and Mastercard) will also be an acceptable form of payment. There is no surcharge for using your credit or debit card to make purchases. Also, please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card company or bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will result in order rejection or a delay in order processing.
No orders will be taken manually under any circumstances in
order to protect your privacy and important payment information. Your purchase must be made through our online store and all credit card transactions will be processed securely by Authorize.net. If you are not able to make a purchase with your credit or debit card, please make sure that it is one of our accepted payment cards or call your bank or credit card company to verify your correct billing address for the card. |

All orders paid by American Express credit cards must be signed for by the cardholder at the time of delivery. By paying with an American Express credit card you agree to allow LinenTablecloth.com to request
a direct signature for delivery through whichever shipping carrier is selected at the time of purchase, or whichever shipping carrier we choose according to our Shipping policy.
If the cardholder is not present to sign for such a shipment during the delivery attempt(s) made by the carrier, and the package or packages are returned to LinenTablecloth.com, the cardholder will be solely responsible for the cost that the delivery carrier charges to return such a shipment to our warehouse. Additionally, the cardholder will be charged the appropriate restocking fee as specified in our Return policy. These amounts, and the initial cost of shipping, will be deducted from the original order total and the remainder shall be refunded to your American Express card. |

For those retail customers without a credit or debit card, we will now be offering electronic check payment as an option. To complete this process you will need to enter the bank routing number and a corresponding account number, which should both be located on an actual check from the given account. This option provides you the freedom to make a purchase without a debit card with the benefit of quicker payment processing (meaning your order will ship sooner than if we had to wait to process an actual check). However, there will still be a waiting period of as many business days as it takes for the funds to be deposited into our merchant bank account. This often takes around 7 to 10 days from the date your order is placed. Your order will begin processing only after the eCheck payment has settled with our merchant bank.
By paying by the eCheck.net method, and agreeing to our Terms & Conditions at checkout, you assume full responsibility for ensuring such a transaction is legitimate and not fraudulent in any way, and that you give consent and full authorization for LinenTablecloth to charge the bank account for which information is supplied during the checkout process. If you place an order on our Site with a bank account for which you are not the account holder, you agree to assume full financial responsibility for any funds that are charged back by the account holder and any fees or penalties associated with such action. |

We will accept money orders, cashier’s checks, and company
checks in U.S. Dollars only. These offline payment methods can now be processed through our website by simply choosing the appropriate payment option at checkout. Orders paid by money order and cashier's check will not be processed until after receipt of payment by mail. Once payment is received, the order will be processed according to our Shipping Policy.
Checks will ONLY be accepted from our registered organizational members and they must be associated with an account for your business or organization (i.e., NO PERSONAL CHECKS). All other checks sent by mail will be rejected and returned to sender. For all check orders, please allow up to 10 banking days, from the date we receive the check, for the funds to clear your account.
Orders paid by check will only be processed after the funds have been deposited into the merchant bank and we make no guarantee as to the availability of products on your order between the time the order was placed and when the funds clear your account. Priority will always be given to those orders placed using online methods. In the event that a check does not clear, the customer will be responsible for paying LinenTablecloth a $25 returned check fee.
Additionally, for orders made using an offline payment method, payment must be received by our store within 21 days of the date the order was placed. If we do not receive payment by the 21st day from the date your order was placed, we will cancel your order. If your payment arrives after the 21st day, and your order has already been canceled, we will return the payment via mail to the return address indicated on the envelope in which is was received.

Canadian customers may only pay by the major credit or debit card types listed above. All transactions will be charged in United States dollars. LinenTablecloth is not responsible for any fees incurred as a result of currency conversion by your bank or credit card company.
Payment of all duties will be the responsibility of the LinenTablecloth. LinenTablecloth will only charge the customer for the cost of shipping and handling, and any applicable taxes, on our website. The total that you pay at checkout covers all delivered costs and you will not be expected to pay any COD charges on deliver. Our store complies with all international shipping regulations and declares all merchandise truthfully on our shipping documentation. |
