Return Procedure
Our return procedure is as follows:
- Collect your order information -- your packing slip or order confirmation email is the best place to find this
- Complete the return authorization form
- You will receive an approval or denial notice via email
- If approved, follow instructions from the approval email to return your merchandise to our store
- You will be notified when your return is completed and refunded
IMPORTANT: Your RMA number is the best way to communicate with us about your return once it has been approved.
