General Shipping Information

Ground and expedited orders must be placed before 12:00 p.m. pacific standard time in order to leave same day.

We currently ship only within the US and Canada. Orders with Free Ground Shipping promotions may be sent via whichever shipping carrier we choose and arrival times may vary depending on chosen carrier - PLEASE NO P.O. BOXES.

NO P.O. BOXES allowed for delivery via UPS (your order will be promptly placed on hold if this occurs.)

Orders ship from our warehouse in Tennessee; arrival times vary by proximity and selected service.

Shipping rates are generated automatically during checkout process as they vary by order weight and distance.

Most orders leave our warehouses within 1-2 business days after your order payment has been fully processed.

Our warehouses operate 8am - 4:30pm PST, Monday - Friday; orders placed outside these hours will not be processed until the next work shift.

Shipping days begin counting the first business day following the date a package is tendered to the shipping carrier, e.g. a 3-day express (a time-guaranteed service) package given to UPS on Friday will arrive the following Wednesday. (3 shipping/transit days, counting from Monday)
