NOTE: The arrival date of your package will vary depending on when your package ships from our warehouse. Generally, this will add 1-2 business days to the delivery date estimates at the links below.

    General Info

    • We currently ship only within the US and Canada
    • Orders with Free Ground Shipping promotions may be sent via whichever shipping carrier we choose and arrival times may vary depending on chosen carrier - PLEASE NO PO BOXES
    • NO PO BOXES allowed for delivery via UPS (your order will be promptly placed on hold if this occurs)
    • Orders ship from our warehouse in Oregon; arrival times vary by proximity and selected service
    • Shipping rates are generated automatically during checkout process as they vary by order weight and distance
    • Most orders leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days after your order payment has been fully processed
    • Our warehouse operates 9am - 5pm PST, Monday - Friday; orders placed outside these hours will not be processed until the next work shift
    • Shipping days begin counting the first business day following the date a package is tendered to the shipping carrier, e.g. a 3 day express package given to UPS on Friday will arrive the following Wednesday (3 shipping days, counting from Monday)
    • Check with us regarding shipping around major holidays as there may sometimes be slight delays in order processing time (e.g., day after Thanksgiving)

    Ground Shipping

    • Free Shipping orders are sent via ground and typically arrive in UP TO 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS
    • US Ground orders typically arrive in UP TO 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS
    • Ground service is NOT GUARANTEED and we are not responsible for any shipping delays
    • To receive your order by a specific date we recommend choosing a day-definite, Express Shipping option

    Express Shipping

    • All express orders MUST be placed BEFORE 1 PM PST to ship same day -- NO EXCEPTIONS
    • We do not offer Saturday Delivery options, so no Express packages will ever arrive on a Saturday
    • Shipping times depend on the method and carrier you choose

    USPS

    • USPS shipping is available for non-continental US states and territories
    • Only Priority and Express methods are available due to limitations of USPS service
    • Only available for orders under 70 lbs due to limitations of USPS online rates
    • Orders can take additional time to process because of logistical constraints on processing USPS shipments. This typically takes 1 business day and USPS orders DO NOT follow our Express Shipping timeline

    Canadian Orders

    • Shipping available via UPS only
    • The order total charged at checkout is the FINAL DELIVERED COST. GST is calculated and charged at checkout. All other duties and brokerage fees are handled by LinenTableCloth.com
    • UPS Standard typically takes up to 7-14 business days to receive
    • UPS Expedited typically takes up to 2-5 business days to receive
    • UPS Saver typically takes up to 1-3 business days to receive
    • Packages may be inspected at customs and we are NOT responsible for any shipping delays for this or any related reason

    Delivery Signatures

    • All orders $250 or larger require a delivery signature
    • By requesting package release without a signature you agree to hold LinenTablecloth harmless for any package loss or delivery error
    • Any shipping costs incurred by our store for returned packages due to failed delivery attempts will be deducted from the refunded amount of your original order; the cost of initial shipment, even for orders sent via free shipping promotions, will also be deducted from the refunded total and you must place a new order through our store to receive your merchandise

    Refused & Returned Deliveries

    Any shipments refused at their destination or returned to our store after multiple attempts are made by the carrier will be refunded without prior notification, subject to the following rules:

    1. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refunded amount to cover our operating costs for restocking the merchandise.
    2. The original cost of shipping will be deducted from the refunded amount. This also applies to orders originally sent with free shipping promotions, where we will deduct our store's original cost to ship the order to you.
    3. The return shipping cost charged to our store for refused or returned delivery will also be deducted from your refunded amount.

    Carrier Mistakes & Delays

    • LinenTablecloth is NOT RESPONSIBLE for delivery carrier mistakes under any circumstances
    • LinenTablecloth will not be responsible for any merchandise, whether financially or otherwise, after it leaves our warehouse
    • If there is a carrier mistake with your order, you must ask us to file a claim on your behalf with the shipping carrier who made the error
    • You will ONLY be compensated if we recover the money from the shipping carrier through their claims process
    • In the event that we are not able to recover any money, we will not be responsible for reimbursement for or replacement of your merchandise, given that the items left our warehouse in good faith
    • LinenTablecloth is not responsible for delays in shipping after items leave our warehouse as there are many factors that are out of our control (e.g., weather conditions)
    • If a shipping carrier defaults on a guaranteed delivery service we can, upon request, file a claim on your behalf to recover the money for our original shipping cost, which can then be refunded
