Free Shipping for Canadian Orders Over $100
Our free shipping promotion is available on all qualified orders with a total of $100 or more. Qualifications and restrictions for this promotion are as follows:
- Order destination address must be within mainland Canada
- Applies only to ground service methods with the carrier selected at our discretion
- May arrive in up to 10 - 14 business days from the business day following the order date**
- Order is not receiving discounted pricing through other agreements with our store, such as are available to registered organizations*
*Customers receiving organizational pricing discounts qualify for free shipping on orders of $150 or more, but are otherwise subject to the same restrictions.
**Orders placed prior to our 12 pm PST cutoff time can begin counting their shipping days the following business day. Orders placed after our 12 pm PST cut off time can begin counting their shipping days on the second business day. (Example: Order placed on Monday at 11am PST can start counting Tuesday as their first business day. Order placed on Monday at 2pm PST can start counting Wednesday as their first business day.)**
