Free Shipping in 3 days or less: During this promotion LinenTablecloth.com (LTC) commits to deliver all orders received before 1:00 pm Pacific Standard Time to UPS (United Parcel Service) the same day. Orders will be shipped to the customer from the LTC warehouse closest to customer (or where inventory levels permit) by the carrier’s Ground shipping method.
To be clear: LinenTablecloth.com is not committing to ship your order by a date-guaranteed express service method. Your order will be shipped by UPS Ground which provides day-definite service but is not backed by a service guarantee. LinenTablecloth.com will not be responsible for late shipments where an order was received on our website before 1:00 pm PST and LinenTablecloth.com delivered the shipment to UPS the same business day. All delays occurring after we deliver your order to UPS will not be deemed as failure by LinenTablecloth.com to deliver within the 3-day shipping window, since we do not have control of delivery times once the shipment is in UPS’s possession.
3-day shipping is 3 business days: Weekend days and holidays are not considered shipping days. Also, shipping days begin the day following our delivery of the shipment to UPS. For example, if we receive an order after 1:00 pm PST on a Friday, that order will not ship out of our warehouse until the following Monday evening. That would make the delivery date the following Thursday, 3 business days (6 calendar days) from the date the order was placed based on our 1 pm PST cutoff time.
Free 3-day shipping applies only to the 48 contiguous US States: Alaska, Hawaii, military addresses and all other U.S. territories not located within the contiguous U.S. are not eligible. International orders are also not eligible.
Canadian customers will receive free standard ground shipping during this promotion.
Free 3-day shipping applies only to orders that can be shipped from a single warehouse: In the event that your order must be “split shipped,” i.e., your order must be divided into two separate orders with each order shipping from a different warehouse, then your full order (meaning both of the “split” orders), may not be delivered within the 3-day shipping window, but will be delivered within UPS’s normal ground shipping timeframe after the shipments are delivered to UPS.
Sorry, this promotion is not available for Wholesale, Organization or Distributor accounts. Also, all “Bargain” and “Clearance” items are ineligible for free 3-day shipping.
Free 3-day shipping promo does not apply to express, expedited, or next day shipping and cannot be applied to previously placed orders.
LinenTablecloth reserves the right to update any stipulation covered by this Terms of Service whenever it deems necessary.
