As the holiday season slowly draws closer, online shopping reaches its own peak season with days like Black Friday and Cyber Monday. In the heat of the moment, lower prices as well as stock concerns can drive people to place orders even with events far off. Keep reading for times when you should place rentals, question shipping, and other helpful order information this holiday season.
While low prices can be enticing, we do recommend that rentals be placed about 20 business days before your event. The Rental Department has three months in which banks allow for refunds to be made back to original payment methods. By placing rentals about a month in advance, that leaves time for your event and shipping back as well as the rental check in process. You’re welcome to place the order before then, but if that three month time frame passes, the Rental Department will be unable to issue refunds back to your original payment method and will need to send you a check refund.

We also offer UPS Three Day, Two Day, and Next Day Air as expedited shipping methods. Cut off times for processing is 10am PT.
Didn’t Get Your Order
Starting in October, people really begin to holiday shop. Sometimes, this can flood websites and if there is a lot of traffic it can cause slower loading times. If everyone happens to place an order it can slow the warehouse down and even cause glitches to occur. While glitches are extremely rare occurrences, if you see that your order status hasn’t changed in three to four business days of the order being placed, you may want to reach out to support to check on the status. Keep in mind if you ordered with Flat Rate or Free Shipping, the warehouse may simply have an abundance of orders and those shipping priorities are lower.
If your order states shipped and you did not receive it, contact Customer Service immediately. They’ll help file a UPS claim and issue either a replacement or refund for the items.
