Rent The Same Tablecloth For Half The Price
Once you’ve found the product you’d like to rent on linentablecloth.com, please click on the “Rent” toggle to add it to your cart and rental order. Merely selecting “Add to Cart” will result in a purchase.
If you don't already have an account, please create one now. You will need an account to follow your order and look up any history.
Orders will ship out immediately. Please only place orders if it is within ninety (90) days of your event. We highly recommend placing your order at least twenty (20) business days before your event in order to have the order shipped in time for your event. We can take rental orders with event dates closer than ten (10) business days, but you will need to chose and pay for some type of expedited shipping (UPS 3-Day, 2-Day, Next Day Air) to make sure you get your rental order in time for your event. Rental orders DO NOT qualify for free shipping.
Once you've found the items you'd like to rent and have added them to your cart, you're ready to proceed to Checkout. This is where you'll fill in your billing, shipping, and event date info. When the order is completed, you'll be sent a confirmation email with your rental order number.
When you receive your rental order, please open the box(es) and inspect your items immediately. If there are any problems, we'll need to know right away so that we can do our best to fix them.
We ask that you do not wash the linen after use as it can damage the linen and set in stains. Just make sure that the linen is not wet and there are no food particles mixed in the box. Please DO NOT place linens in plastic bags, as this will cause mildew during transit. Laundering or mildewed linen will void your deposit refund. Once the return is received in good, reusable condition (no tears, holes, or non washable stains), we’ll refund your security deposit. Security deposits will be refunded either through PayPal, a paper check, or via store credit. Please note that it can take anywhere from 5-10 business days for us to go through your rental and issue the refund.
Customers are responsible for their own rental return shipping. You have two options:
- Ship back your rental return with a carrier of your choice within five (5) business days of your event ending or;
- Request a rental return label from our Rental Department within five (5) business days of your event ending.
If you choose to use one of LinenTablecloth's return labels, the cost of the label will be deducted from your security deposit. Please allow 2-5 business days to receive your label via email. Once you've received your label from LinenTablecloth, you have an additional three (3) business days to make sure your rental order is in the mail. Should you not be able to contact the Rental Department to get your labels within the given timeframe, exceptions may be made on a case by case basis. Please just send an email within the five (5) business days to be counted on time.

If an order is not return-shipped within five (5) business days of your event ending, we reserve the right to keep your security deposit. All deposits are non-refundable for orders returned before the event date. Please note, any damaged or missing linen will be deducted from the deposit before the refund is issued. If you choose to keep the linen, we’ll just keep your deposit and call it even. You can request a rental return shipping label by visiting our website and clicking the link that says, “Need a Return Label?” located under “Rental Resources” at the bottom of our web page.
- All Rentals Ship with UPS Ground Unless Otherwise Specified Deposits Equal 50% of the Products MSRP Calculated at Checkout (percentage discounts and promotional prices are not reflected in the deposit.)
- Linen Does Not Come Pressed/Event Ready
- Rentals Do Not Qualify for Free Shipping and Ship via UPS Ground Unless a Higher Method is Selected
- Security Deposits are ONLY Refunded via PayPal, Paper Checks, or Store Credit.
