Local customers have the advantage of visiting our LinenTablecloth Showroom and Rentals or Harbormill Showroom. Our LinenTablecloth Showroom features samples of our top selling linens- tablecloths, overlays, table runners, sashes, chair covers, in addition to guest books, cake toppers, silk flowers, vases, charger plates, and other accessories. Guests can bring in swatches to match up linens for events, speak with knowledgeable event specialists, and even do a tablescape using our samples. Some items will be available for purchase, however, due to limited storage space items may need to be ordered from our Memphis, TN warehouse. We recommend visiting at least 30 days before your event to allow ample shipping time.
Interested in renting table linens? Stop by and speak with one of our rental consultants who will assist with planning your event, help you decide what items will best suit the occasion, assist with tablecloth sizes, and create your rental order. The day before your event, the rental order will be ready for pick up at the same location. Again, due to limited storage space, we recommend scheduling your rentals early in case items need to be shipped from our warehouse. Once the event is over, within 3 days of the pick up date, you have the option of returning unwashed linens to the Portland store or keeping the items with a forfeit of the deposit.
Our Harbormill Store will feature samples of our home products including tablecloths, napkins, towels, pot holders, placemats, yoga mats, rugs, curtains, and more. Many open box discounted items will be available for purchase. Keep in mind, due to limited storage space, many items will not be available for immediate purchase and will require an order placed on Harbormill.com with delivery to your shipping address.
