Shop linentablecloth.com for your event linens. If you know you would like to purchase some of the items, for example, items we do not offer as rentals, please place this order all the way to completion prior to adding your rentals to the cart.
Once you choose your rentals, please give our customer service rental division a call at 877-403-0112 , where you will be matched with a friendly agent who will walk you through the rental process and assign you a rental dealer in your area.
Once the order arrives to your dealer, you will go pick up the order. Within 3 days after the event, please return the unwashed linens to the same dealer. If there is no dealer in your vicinity, (within 20 miles) we will ship the linens directly from our warehouse in Memphis, TN, and provide a prepaid label for return.
Once the linens have been checked in, either by the dealer or by our warehouse, depending on the circumstances, your deposit will be refunded via the original payment method. If you choose to keep the linens- no problem! We will just keep the deposit and call it even. Keep in mind, any damaged or missing linens will be deducted from the deposit before the refund is issued.
