Return Eligibility
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery.
Returns must be submitted through our return portal before the 30-day window expires.
Delivery date is determined by the shipping carrier’s confirmed delivery date and time.
Refunds apply to the item(s) value only (see Restrictions below).
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Subscriptions are non-refundable.
Orders above $150 are subject to pay Restocking Fees.

Orders above $150 are subject to pay a 10% - 20% restocking fee that will be deducted from the item(s) value.

Order with no RMA are also subject to pay 20% restocking fee.
- Declined deliveries will be charged the shipping cost, which will be deducted from your refund.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which will be deducted from their refund.
Orders returned after the 15-day grace period after receiving label are subject to a 30% restocking fee or not elegible for return depending on the overdue days.
Restrictions — Items Not Eligible for Return
You may not return:
- Items that are damaged, missing parts, not in original condition, washed, laundered, opened, or show signs of use (unless due to a LinenTablecloth error)
- Clearance, bargain, discontinued, Promotional Deals or final-sale items
- Personalized items, including engraved or monogrammed products
Non-Refundable Returns
If returned items are found to be damaged, missing parts, washed, laundered, opened, or used for reasons other than a LinenTablecloth error, no refund or store credit will be issued, and the product will become the property of LinenTablecloth.

Expedited Shipping Refunds
If a shipping carrier fails to deliver on time, you will need to notify us within2 business days of the delivery failure so that we can assist you in getting a refund for the expedited shipping. If you fail to notify us of the delivery failure within 2 business days, the shipping carrier will reject the refund request.
Linentablecloth has no control over carrier deliveries, so we are not responsible to pay you for the carrier's failure to deliver on time.
Theft of Purchased
In the event of the theft of purchased merchandise after delivery, the customer releases our store from any obligation to replace or refund the cost of the items. The customer is solely responsible for retrieving the items once they are left on their property or delivery address.
Errors and Defects
The Customer is solely responsible for inspecting and confirming that received merchandise matches invoiced merchandise as soon as it is delivered. The Customer acknowledges that failure to make this effort upon receipt of the goods shall be considered negligence by the Customer, who thereby forfeits any and all rights to resolution of claims for missing, incorrect or damaged. The Customer releases our Store from any obligation to replace, refund or accept returns on incorrect merchandise, or validate and send merchandise for missing item claims, after 15 days from the initial delivery of the order. The Customer releases our Store from any obligation to meet customer deadlines with shipments of replacement or missing items and agrees that it is the Customer's sole responsibility to sufficiently plan for time-sensitive events with proper contingency for such errors.
